We use microinjection techniques along with biochemical and molecular biological approaches to study the function of regulatory proteins in mammalian cell growth control and differentiation. To aid in the analysis of quantitative gene expression in cells and tissues, we have begun to 3-D multi-color fluorescence deconvolution microscopy.
