To APPLY to the 2010 SURF Program:
Email the following materials by January 19, 2010, to pharmeducation@ucsd.edu:
1.) Completed Application Form
2.) Personal statement describing your interests in a career in basic biomedical research.
3.) Three letters of recommendation from faculty members at your undergraduate institution.These should be emailed directly from the faculty members to pharmeducation@ucsd.edu.
Mail the following to the address below by January 19, 2010:
4.) Current transcript (through 1st semester or 1st quarter of this academic year.)
